I DO NOT have pets but children and although on the smaller end, it took four refills to do my entire apartment. Great value for the price.

Had i seen how small it was in person, i would have never purchased it. It's not heavy enough to apply pressure to the stain and not heavy enough to suck the water back up. I needed this to clean area rugs after a basement flood and thought that this was would be more cost effective renting cleaners from the home improvement store. I think it did a FAIR job for at least 2 of the 3 rugs, but i do wish i had picked a more heavy duty cleaner.

We were so amazed by how well it cleaned the whole house. And whenever we had a spill it did a great job once more. And I would recommend this rug cleaner!!

I have a dog who sheds a lot and the vaccum removed so much hair from deep areas of the carpet that a dry vaccum was not removing
