The first time we used the rug cleaner it pulled all of the deep down dirt in the rug. We were so amazed by how well it cleaned the whole house. And whenever we had a spill it did a great job once more. And I would recommend this rug cleaner!!

It's interesting what Bissell has been able to put in this machine at around $100. The containers are no hassle to remove, fill/drain, then install. Most of the dirtiest areas are easily accessible to wipe up once done. Plus! It's not super heavy to move between floors.

Perfect for smaller areas and pet messes! I used this for the corner of my dining room due to my older pup having accidents and it has been a great help getting my house back to smelling good. I recommend this!

This machine has helped restore my carpet. You have to go over spots but it takes out stains really well.

I have 2 dogs and this shampoo works good. My dog are very good about going outside, but they can't control an upset stomach. No dog scent left behind

I still haven’t got my refund and it’s been a little over 2,weeks I bought 2 of them but yall only had 1 and my money hasn’t been returned back to my card . So when are yall giving my money back?????????????????

For the price, this definitely gets the thumbs up from me. Complaints I read said the pedal to turn on broke easily, but the one I purchased had an on/off switch so this won’t be an issue for me.
