Great Little Machine

Does not vacuum enough water out of the carpet.

Takes a day and a half to dry and then sooner or later you get musty smelling carpets and damage to the carpet pad.

Great option for large messes, but needs refills

The brush is thorough and spray and continuity are deep. However, the tank capacity is frustrating, as it takes 3 refills to clean a small (5x7) area rug.

Great carpet cleaner

The apartment I’m renting comes with carpet only in the bedroom. This has been a great investment and my carpet feels and looks beautiful when I’m done cleaning them.

But it works really well. I will definitely recommend this to someone living in 1BHK or 2BHK apartment. Not suitable for big house.

Rug Cleaner

I'm amazed at the dirt it picked up, not to mention all the water. Because of the good water suction, our rugs dried in no time!

Bissell Excellence

But I have taken the roller out in order to clean and disinfect it. I now feel confident to use Bissell product on other household rugs.
