Felt a bit cheap and ended being not the correct one we needed. Its not as good as the more expensive model for carpets since the carpet ones also wash the carpet and help remove liquid pet stains.

This is a good little steam cleaner. It is marketed for use in homes with pets however it does not tolerate pet hair well. I do not have long haired pets but the pet hair gathers up under the wheels and then drops out in piles of wet animal fur while using. Also the "dirty water" bin is very small. It appears large but the "max" line is only about a 3rd of the bin. Once the "max" line is reached the product stops sucking the water and the flap closes. Other that what is stated above this is a wonderful cleaner.

It's fine for the price, but I wish I'd shelled out the extra $50 and gotten a better machine. I spent more time picking up hair that it flung around then I did actually cleaning my carpets. Also, you're going to wish you had the furniture attachments. Don't bother buying this. You'll regret it.

I only have one room in my house that has carpet, so I didn't need a large one, and this is perfect. Only downside is that it fell backwards and broke the handle. I was able to return it to the store and get a replacement.

This deep cleaner was bought to clean my dirty carpet, and to my surprise it did just that. My only complain is that the starter bottle of cleaner to too small. This cleaner gets the job .

Lighter then my old Monster, and still cleans. realtively quiet and the cord suits my needs.

I like that it cleans well but it only allows so much water to the collect in the tank. I don’t understand why it doesn’t take up the whole tank or at least half of it

This product will suck all the stains out of your carpet! BAM! Just like that.

Great little carpet cleaner for small apartments or to spot clean. My only rea complaint is the power button not being on handle.

The item is not much technical to talk about. Simple drop soap water and brushes. Then sucks water back . But somehow, it didn't really suck back much water. And I have to let carpet dryer before I can step on it.
