The truth is these things need to be cleaned in and out after use and they make it as difficult as possible to open up and get in there to clean the dog hair and what ever else may be in there. The entire trigger mechanism is plastic, it feels cheaply built to be honest. But, it gets the job done and mine is still going strong so I will say its worth buying.

It cleans well, but too much water went through the rug. I'm not sure if it is because the power suction is not enough. My wood floor under the rug is quite wet.

This little carpet cleaner is perfect for large area rugs and smaller messes. Light, and easy to use. It sucks up most of the moisture so drying time is brief.

Very inpressed with this carpet cleaner. For its size, it does an amazing job!! And its not si bulky that you cant pull it out to do a little spot cleaning. The only thing i wish it had is attachments. But for the price and functionality, i cant conplain at all!!

Love that this is lightweight and easy to carry up and downstairs. It's narrow and takes a little longer to finish the job but cleans much better than expected.

We are completely satisfied with this machine. It works like a dream, and with two rescue dogs, it definitely comes in handy

Great little carpet cleaner. it is much smaller than a traditional unit, however, for me, that's a positive. needs less storage space, but the trade off is that you have to fill the cleaning fluid reservoir more frequently. Works as it should and I was surprised by how mush it pulled out of our rug.

love the ease of set-up and use. worked well on two levels of carpet...great for my small apartment...well worth the price.

Love the cleaning power of such a compact product. Perfect for people who lives in an apartment like myself. It did a fabulous job cleaning my carpet and I did have to fill the water a couple of times but it wasn’t a hassle. My favorite purchase this year.

We have just added a cat to our family which as caused some spotting on carpet. We rented a cleaner once with fair results. Our Friend suggest this unit and we are very happy with the results

Carpet cleaner that does what its supposed to do and doesnt break instantly, still feels like it will though. the handle is so flimsy

Thos is great for a carpet decorated by pets! Gets those tough spits and odors from your carpet! It was on sale so got a great deal on it also. Get it while you can, they go fast!
