I was expecting a little stronger suction from this vac. On the stairs and in the car it works well...just thought it would be a little stronger as it relates to pick up. Nonetheless I’m satisfied with my purchase.

I'd say this hand vac is mediocre. I have pet hair all over and was hoping this would do a better job on fabric (couch, etc). It does work, but the suction could be better.

It's very handy to have this handheld vacuum for spills instead of having to pull out the bug vacuum. I wish the suction was a little stronger but I guess I just need to remember it is not a full size vacuum.

Wow this is just a really poor product, not even considering the outrageous price. -Takes hours to charge only to work for roughly 10 minutes—but 10 minutes from start until fully dead. It gets weaker and weaker as it loses charge, so it won’t work at full strength for 10 minutes; it starts petering out even sooner. -Although there are two powers, the lower power level is not worth using at all, so the higher power level is what you would use almost all the time—which drains the battery EVEN FASTER. -Dirt cup is laughably small—not even really a “cup” just a small area around the filter cup. -Dirt cup doesn’t fully snap all the way into place, so after suctioning up a minimal amount of dirt/debris it’ll pop off. -Brush attachment only goes around the top half of the suction tube (like a half circle instead of going all the way around like every other vacuum brush attachment you’ve ever seen) so it’s hard to use it without holding the whole thing upside down which is even less useful. Honestly a shockingly crappy product from a household/well-known brand name, and even more ludicrous it would be priced so high. Returned it and got a handheld vacuum for a car (plugs into cigarette lighter) with a converter cord to plug into the wall from some random brand off Amazon for less than half the price that is 1000% better than this junk.

The door to empty what was picked up never seems to close completely. It hasn't opened on it's own or anything, but the fit seems a bit off. But it does serve its purpose.

For the price it's a good bagless vacuum to clean up small things like cat litter. The only drawback is how quickly the battery wears out (barely 5-7 mins relatively nonstop). Recharges quickly though.

Our earlier version of a cordless hand vacuum gave it up. We dragged our feet before getting this new one and within a da or two said, "Why did we take so long to get this!?!". The dirt receptacle is a little small...but then again, it's just for a quick clean up for smaller places.

it cleans very well. the extendable snout is a big help for between & under seats in the car.also keep finding places in the house that have been neglected, but now you can qickly get those spots cleaned. BUY IT!
