Bad product over time

The other 2 lasted about 10 years and were the best DustBuster around. Bought this one in December and have been able to use it maybe 5 times. Can not get it to charge. If it does, it has so little power it wouldn't suck up dust let alone anything significant! It's poorly made, hard to take the filter on and off to empty. It's changed for the worse!!

Simply put, don't waste your money. Piece of junk

Great while it lasted

Unfortunately, as of this August 2015 writing, it no longer holds a charge and is totally useless. Since I threw the box away along with the gift receipt, I have no recourse with Best Buy.
