Not happy, the warranty cost was almost as much as the product itself. I will be calling today. That person at customer service at Best Buy could could of done something, she didn’t even try.

Last Black & Decker product I'll ever buy

This is the 2nd Black & Decker hand vac I've putchased and I will never buy another product from them again. Spend the extra money for Dyson or Shark. Absolute garbage!

Okay vacuum

I returned it only because the battery didn’t last at all, I would use it and it would power off in less than a minute
