The portability and the "ease of use" are great. The suction is also really good for its size. If it had a slightly better battery life I think I would rate it higher, but once it dies, it takes a long while to charge before it can even be used for more than a few seconds again. However, it's a great product overall.

I wouldn't recommend this product. I remember Black & Decker hand vacs. They use to be powerful. This one is pretty weak suction. Also the battery life on this is very short.

I needed something to vac my car out and decided a small hand vac should do the job. This Black & Decker certainly does the job. Very happy with it and will be taking it with me in my RV to use there as needed when I travel. Highly recommend for a small hand vac.

Seems to work good so far. I just bought it a couple of days ago. I love how the brush is attached and you just have to flip it up, and the extender just slides out, so no worrying with finding attachments.

Small but powerful I had the older version of this but it died after several years of service good suction make sure you clean out the white filter every time you empty it. It helps with the suction of the vacuum well worth it for the money.

Great value price for the quality of Dustbuster product! Last longer on one charge and is very powerful at picking up dust and debris. We use it in our kitchen and dining areas and it works wonderful!!

Good suction, extendable wand, swing out brush on the end, superior filter with installed pre filter. I would have liked it if the charger connected to the wall mount and the vacuum connect to the mount to charge. The cord falls out of the mount's wire guides easily, so I taped it to secure the cord.

I mainly use this to clean the inside of the clothes dryer of any residue like sand or paper and to vacuum the car. It is much easier than pulling the hose of the central vacuum and much faster.

Purchased to avoid sweeping every time a small mess was made, what a game changer. My husband constantly runs around vacuuming any and everything. Lightweight and easy to carry, battery lasts a long time as well.

Purchase this to use in my car but my wife fell in love with the easy of operation so he uses it in the house to vacuum the sofas and drapes and any little mess

I didn't care for this handheld cordless vacuum. First, it didn't seem to have a lot of power. Second, the bin wasn't very big and got full easily particularly if it sucks up anything "fluffy" or material in nature. And third, probably the biggest for me, the battery didn't last very long (for a device that didn't seem to have a lot of power was shocking to me). I didn't time it, but it seemed like roughly 45 minutes of battery life. That is more than enough for a simple cleanup, but I was using it for heavy duty vacuuming. I returned the item and got a cordless stick vacuum that also acts like a handheld. It has more power and uses than this device. The battery life is still lacking but that seems to be a commonality along all cordless vacuums.

This handheld does a great job vacuuming up small messes and holds it's charge for quite a while. Light and easy to hold. And I like how there's a light to tell you when it's fully recharged.

This is the best hand held vac I have ever used picks up almost everything I do recommend you put everything in a pile first seems to work better that way

Haven't used it yet, still charging. I expect it to be a good product. However, the price changed three times in two days, The Store Manager tried to give me the excuse that the Best Buy website is never the same price as the store. Very misleading, if true.
