I had cats and it just didn't seem to work as well as I thought it would, so I gave it away and bought a real vacuum. I wouldn't buy this again, but I still think it was okay!!!!!!

great idea-bad execution

I checked form clogs or anything that might be causing it and found nothing. I returned it.

Garbage, broke within 5 minutes of first use

Returned it and purchased another, the same thing happened. Very unhappy because it worked so well when it worked.

Charges take over 3 hours and runs for about 7 minutes? It what world does that make sense?!? A person with COPD could put a straw in their mouth, inhale and it would have better suction! Any poor soul who only knew a broom and dustpan and has never used a vacuum, would be left unimpressed. Fail..total FAIL.

wear and tear on the vac canister

Love it, but didn't realize I was missing parts

Come to find out some months later, it WAS SUPPOSED to, but it was not included in the box and it's too late for me to do anything. The hand vac itself, 4.5/5 stars. The fact that it was missing essential parts and there's nothing I can do about it...2/5 total. Check your boxes!!!!
