Absolutely gorgeous picture. The 4k release of this film is by far the best the movie has ever looked and it bests the previous blu-ray release by FAR.

One of the best war films of all time, if not just one of the greatest films of all time. A true masterpiece and Ridley Scott's greatest work.

Black Hawk Down is a modern war movie classic and it finally gets a proper home video release. Skip buying the regular Blu-ray and get the 4K instead.

Video is a solid 5 stars. Sharp clean picture. HDR brings out the colors and black details much better than the Blu-ray. Audio is good as well. Not as active as say Lone Survivor. I gave it a 4 star rating because of the known freeze/audio issues while playing the extended version. Happened to me as well.

This movie was amazing don blu Ray but now in 4K HDR just brings it to another level. Just an amazing movie to begin with now just got better.

Full bodied collection filled with the all the bells and whistles of the old 3 disc dvd set. Only the 4K disc includes the "expanded edition".

This move is no stranger to most people and now that it's in 4k it's an easy buy. Film grain present but sharpness really shines in close ups.

This is an excellent movie portraying conspicuous gallantry of the US Army in a very tough battlefield where they were greatly outnumbered.

For a movie that would best sound it is even better with Atmos! The 4K transfer brings a lot of extra clarity as well. Worth the upgrade!

i just bought the movie today, it looked amazing in 4k, and the hdr made more life like, and the dolby atmos in the movie sounds amazing

A bit of a weird release in that there is no interior artwork. Some steelbook collectors are turned off by no title on the cover but I think it looks fine. Weird that you can't get any Sony Rewards points for this release but with all that said it's a cool steelbook design and the 4K looks awesome

I've always loved this movie since it came it, and I'm so glad they remade it in 4K. Couldn't go wrong with the steelbook on this one!

This is by far the best version of the film, visually and audibly. I bought it primarily for the Dolby Atmos mix. WORTH IT

One of the best war movies to come out on 4K. Now can truly experience the heroes' depiction of horror. Thank you to all who served.
