Saw this back in 2001 in the movie theaters like 3 times. And now to have it in 4k with the great audio allows me to enjoy it as much as I did back in 2001.

Classic movie. Tons of star power and based off a true story. The 4k version look fantastic and is worth an upgrade from the standard blu-ray. The soundtrack upgrade will work your surround sound system.

Excellent film depicting our country's efforts to provide for the protection and humanitarian assistance to innocents caught in civil wars not of their making. In this case Somalia. However, I don't know how much longer our country can continue to be the world's policeman.

Highly recommended. Great detailed picture quality (w/ acceptable film grain) & a very full active sound stage. Prepare to be Suspense-fully Frustrated as this story based on true events unfolds.

The picture is head and shoulders above the previous bluray. Sharpness and detail are improved. Black levels are much more deep and inky. Sound was the highlight on the bluray and the 4k version takes it to next level.

"Black Hawk Down" is a war movie that just genuinely gets under your skin due to the events that unfold and how they're dealt with. It is a great film, and the blu-ray highlights the experience with a great soundtrack and a gritty, raw video presentation.

Awesome movie in 4k uhd blu ray !!!! Now add Dolby Atmos to it allows you to hear things you didn't hear before on original release. Blackhawk down is one of best war movies of all time.

This is a funny silly film made even funner because it's now in 4K UHD. 4K is the future if you don't have it you need to get on the ball seriously. Best picture and sound you can possibly get.

A gritty movie that benefits from the 4K treatment. Visually stunning with impressive audio. A movie that definitely needs to have the full dedicated home theater treatment. Highly recommended!

Great video transfer and Atmos sound. Remarkable true story about the brave men that protect our country selflessly. Highly recommended.

Excellent movie now in 4k, bluray and digital versions. This is the Ridley Scott visions of Mogadishu conflict. Direction, photography, performance and the soundtrack are the best in the war genere

I already have a copy of Black Hawk Down, but the chance to see it in 4K with my new tv was too tempting. Best Buy comes through again with a sale on something I really wanted. I'm sure I'm not alone.

This movie is clear and great on the big screen. A very historically accurate portray of parts of operation gothic serpent. I can’t recommend this movie enough.

One of my favorite movies, and considered one fo the most accurate war films made. 4k is outstanding, and for a few movies I have in standard or blu ray WORTH the upgrade!

While not the first, second or third movie you think of when Ridley Scott’s name comes up it’s still well directed and acted.

If you do not know the story of BLACK HAWK DOWN, You must watch this film. US Forces under the command of a UN Command. This is a part of history.

This has always been one of my favorite military movies. Watching this movie in 4k makes it that much better. You can clearly tell the difference between 4k and the HD Blu Ray.

In the beginning this movie appeared to be boring. It was just the background of the story to come, but I thought I made a mistake in buying it. However, once the action started, it didn't end until it was over. A good movie!
