Tried to push the dents out and it doesn't work. Would've given it a higher rating if not for the damage and the fact that it arrived a week late

None of the Best Buy stores(I went to 2 different stores) or customer service could provide a replacement. I was left to deal with a defective item.

How is it that we preorder the item months ago and you guys send the item one day before the item comes out to stores and then arrives late or either damaged because you guys suck at packaging the item. It is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of best buy.
