Excellent movie and an AWESOMELY illustrated Steelbook case :)

Didn't preorder. Walked right into the store like everyone else should had and got my copy! Great movie and great DI and sound quality.

Like others, I'm waiting to get any kind of update on my order for the talokan/namor themed steelbook. In the past I've gotten preorders delivered as early as the weekend before the release date. It's the day of this movies release and still no update on my order. I'm wondering if the reason for it not being shipped yet is because of this total tech nonsense. (Look into it if you aren't familiar) I've been buying best buy exclusive steelbooks for a LONG time... It may be time to abandon the steelbook collecting and just get the normal versions from other retailers now if best buy cant/won't ship items in a timely fashion or keep their prices competitive. Really sucks as I've been a loyal customer of theirs for about 23 years now.

Did a pre-order as soon as it was available best buy took my money just fine with an expected delivery date of 2/7/23 now the shipping status changed to “notify you when shipped” I had to call to find out this is on backorder even though i had preordered???

Fantastic, emotional film. A sequel that lives up to the first film.

Preordered all 3 Black Panther steelbooks when they were listed. Got an email to notify of delay and couldn’t order online for pickup. Was able to online chat to have this item held for pickup at local store. Was a fan of getting them the Saturday before release date in the mail.

Best buy just gets worse and worse. No wonder people can’t stand this company. I have no issue with something just genuinely being sold out I get that. However, do not take preorders and accept people’s hard earned money then switch to just in store only the day of release. Why even bother with preorders in the first place besides making it more of a hassle for the customer. I swear this company is going to go out of business and wonder why.

This company for which i putchased almost exclusively all of my products through has yet once again failed their customers and loyalty. This company has no care whatsoever about their customers anymore. This was available for preorder and i did as such within a few moments of it being up and now i will not recieve it due to limites number and only being released in the stores. No email, no notification, no care about their customers. Its safe to say theybhave lost my business for good. Just a classless company.

So the other set of the Wakanda Forever Steelbooks are available to order to pick up in store or have it shipped, but this one isn’t? I have to go out to a store, not knowing if it’s even in stock, just to potentially get a Steelbook I pre-ordered as soon as it was announced? Shame.

I better get my steel book! What was the point of pre ordering it right away if you guys were going to delay it?

Product was damaged. The reason I didn't ask to return was because due to best buys' policy on CDs.

Preordered the Talokan steelbook the second it was available. Now they changed it to instore only and my order is at a standstill. Support was quickly responding to me until i gave them my order # and then they ghosted me. Fix this and honor the purchases you allowed to go through

Bad enough that you can't figure out how to have the product at the right time. What I get to look forward to if I ever do get it. Is it being dented because you don't know what a box is!

What is the point of accepting preorders with no option for in-store pickup, then failing to ship those preorders on release date insisting instead that if you want the item, you need to come in to the store and buy it in person.

Why are uou canceling orders placed moments after it went up and not shipping them to customers who paid but its available “in stores” this is the 4th time in the last year with this same bs for multiple films.

Whats the point of pre ordering the movie if they ate gonna cancel it and instead mive it to in store only. Dropped the ball again best buy.

I placed my preorder last month and it was supposed to have shipped a few days ago. Im assuming anyone who preorder this version isn't going to be getting there's ..

Same as everyone here waited weeks after the release to see what the BestBuy exclusive would be finally went up for pre order on 1/9 i believe preordered both copies right away received the Wakanda edition but still no word on if and when this edition will ship. I had an opportunity to get this same edition from Zavvi but chose to do BestBuy because i had been a loyal customer for years now afraid I may have messed up because it is nolonger available on Zavvi

All fng lies. I'm Sick of this crap. There was once a time when you could safely preorder and have peace of mind that it will get delivered, Sometimes even before the said date. They better make this right
