I'm not happy with this devise. Very slow. Screen resolution is very low.

screen broke while removing it from the packaging best buy is of no help with blackberry phones even though they sell this product. Bust Buy's response was "gee that's to bad" I had to go to a different company to get it fixed as Best Buy does not repair the phones they sell???? The phone is prone to screen breakage per the repairing company.(3 others in the repair shop with the same or similar stories at the time mine was being repaired) bottom line- the phone works great now that it has been repaired. get a case for the phone at once, be careful opening it and don't rely on Bust Buy

If the keyboard was like the Priv it would be 5 stars

not like the previous blackberry. a bit disappointing

This phone should be sent to the dumpster. The quality is garbage and the service on it doesn't compare. I only got this because my boss was living in the stone age.

This is by no means a good device. Cheeply built 4. Years ago processer .do yourself a favor buy a better phone and just buy the blackberry hub app for 99 cents a month from the playstore. Thats my last BB I have already replaced it with an experia 1.

It's beautiful, take my breath away when I open the box. I got the slate color and was worrying it looks plastic but it's not. The keyboard is blueish grey. The camera is good enough for scanning documents and I think it's better than the one on my previous iPhone SE. The only concerns is the RAM, you can't just leave apps open like you do with iPhone but in general it's fine with 5-6 apps working in the background. I really love this phone. I like the blinking light, and I miss the hub! I am happy with the purchase. It's perfect for someone who uses phones for emailing, editing documents.

I got a new one and when I started it. The screen started Flashing and even I could not get to any setting app. I don’t recommend it

I was looking to replace my older blackberry this is an ANDROID , does not use the RIM system. Its difficult to set up.

Finally back to a secure professional phone adapted for serious business! Perfect balance of work life and social media on an Android device. The Reception is amazing over my AT&T network and phone calls & speaker phone are crisp and clear. The Blackberry HUB is unmatched keeping all my emails, SMS and social media accounts/notifications in one place. Excited to have the personal keyboard back!!! Love the new shortcut keys to go back and forth between apps so quickly. App cloning is also amazing to keep my business and personal social media accounts separate. Camera seems like it takes great photos, but still testing. Definitely a change from the all glass phones! Its a peppy device!

this phone is the perfect blend of old fashioned blackberry and state of the art smartphone. the key board is great . it takes terrific pictures privacy features can't be beat. definitely what I was waiting for since I never loved texting on screen. just wish I could find a case for it... guess it's too new

I instantly liked this phone from the first time I saw it. The atomic color scheme makes it really look great, and the phone flies through tasks. It's smooth operating, well built, has incredible battery life, and has some very useful features that you just don't get on any other phone (keyboard shortcuts, dtek, BlackBerry's propriety productivity software). I never really loved my KeyOne, but the Key2 made me remember why I love this brand all over again.

Good item in advance. This item reminded me as my childhood time when I first used the Blackberry as my first phones. Love this phone!

It's an Android with a keyboard! It's also faster than my Priv and appears to have significantly better battery life. This phone is exactly what I was hoping for and I'm using this Blackberry Key2 LE on the Verizon network! Verizon certified it recently (within the last month or so, I think).

This phone also works on Verizon. As of today, you have to use a brand new SIM card for it to work. There is a small "bug" where if you use an old SIM card you can't receive SMS messages. But, other than that, it works!

I must say that I thought I was content with slab phones and getting used to Swype typing. As an author I had to bring my laptop everywhere. Now that blackberry is back via TCL making new physical keyboard phones I can write from anywhere! Solidly fast chip and a mediocre yet useful dual lens camera and a very hot looking Atomic Red color make this an eye Turner and a keeper. I am enjoying the overall feel, look and productivity of this beauty!

I have always loved BB and this just as sweet as the others that they have offered in the past. The physical keyboard is better than the Keyones'. Also it not as laggy as the Keyone is.And it is white listed for verizon, which means that verizon will let you use it on their network. It is my carrier of choice and I have it on their network. If you like BB and like Verizon this is for you.

I would not have it any other way...got to be blackberry.. Love it ...got to have it. easy to use too
