Better than the Keyone in my honest opinion. The extra GB of RAM and Snapdragon 636 makes it snappier. 64 GB internal storage is great for all my music and pics. Much lighter than the previous model. Lack of capacitive buttons not an issue for me at all. Reminds me of Blackberry of old! Well done TCL. Now if they only had the Atomic (red) version!

    Not All That Impressed

I've been a BB user since before the BB Pearl. This device falls waaay short. With the introduction of the Android OS around 2007-2008, Android OS literally killed Blackberry. Why pay for apps (BB), when you can get them for free (Android). So Blackberry got out the device market. I was sad beyond words. Then when BB decided to jump back into the fray, I was super happy - yea, the device choices are limited, but for security BB can't be beat (they were in the business before IoS). I purchased this device to replace my Priv (wonky data network connection that could not be fixed with either new SIM Reader or Slot Tray Door. The Key2LE, in my humble opinion, has an awkward keyboard, small display with my biggest dislike being the INABILITY to make an SD external card the internal - so that I can directly download stuff to it. I don't use my device for social media, but consider it to be like my Personal Assistant - scheduling meetings and personal appointments, keeping track of my banking and business clients...but for the clunky, awkward design, keyboard placement which obscures the screen in an odd way *AND* the lack of storage feature, I'm giving it two stars only. And don't bother trying to search for a way to change the storage situation - I've tried every app and every USB debugging method out there. You can move some apps using an App-to_SD app, but it's tedious and time consuming. I don't know about you, but I don't have several hours out of my day to move apps one-at-a-time to my SD card. If you've never owned a BB, and this is your first device, YMMV (your mileage may vary) - meaning: You just might love the device. It's not BAD being on the low-Mid price range of devices, but after using the Priv, I suppose I'm just spoiled. If I had to purchase it all over again, I'd find something else. I've read that the Key2 (not Key2 LE) does have the ability to set ext SD to internal designation, but I absolutely did NOT like the design of the phone. It's too large for my hands, so if you're a guy, then the Key2 might just be the ticket. Basically, I'm highly disappointed . Blackberry has *HARSHED MY MELLOW* with this device. If I had anything nice to say about this device, it would be: "It's Useful."
