    I've been researching for on this phone and the short cut key. You don't really have to have it. You can press a random key and the one you want to assigned. Other than that this phone is good switch fromm iPhone 7 back to blackberry

    My first one took a fall and unfortunately landed on the screen in a manner I am not sure any phone would have held up to browsers are fast little bit different from just a standard android os but after the first day you will be sailing on along very durable for the most part I had the first one for over a year

    Keyboard takes time to get used to, not sure if it's better than the GUI in iPhones or other 'smart phones'. This phone will probably work best when traveling to ASIA or Europe because of the DUAL SIM capability.

    Was on the fence about getting this phone, then I saw it was being sold at best buy at a discounted price and I went ahead and bought it...its probably the best phone I've had in the most recent years, give it a try and have something unique.

    this phone will surprise you. Its faster than the processor lets you believe. Now compared to my Galaxy s20 you can notice it but it would own against many other phones. The keyboard is a typical nice Blackberry keyboard on the phone

    This Blackberry was one of the BEST I've ever owned! I've had this Blackberry Key2 for over twos years now and love it!. Being powered by Android allows it the capabilities to upload various apps.

    I had the KeyOne before getting the Key2. The extra ram is great in this one. The KeyOne felt more sturdier with its aluminum frame compared to this one,but nonetheless it feels good on the hands. No complaints so far.

    Much smarter phone now that it has an android system. I have only had Blackberry’s. It’s my favorite. Hard to find good cases though.
