Love the fone, wish it had more processing power. I have MANY apps and over time they slow this fone down...still love it though.

Bought it for a friend to use as their work phone and they had zero complaints about it. Did exactly what they needed it to do.

Phone is fast, take good pictures. Keyboard is the main reason I bought this phone and it is great.

I have used Blackberry's for over a decade. This is the worst BB phone ever made. Don't waste your money. I wanted to give it some time to get used to it. But the final straw was when I was at a concert, front row center, probably 15 feet from the performer, and I could not get a clear picture of the performer. Decided to take a video. Poor quality as well and the sound was completely muffled because the bass from the show was overpowering the phone's capabilities. GF's iPhone pics and video were fine. Also, when I received the phone, almost half of the RAM was already used. I added just a handful of apps and now I'm getting a low memory notice. And the battery capacity is not impressive. And finally, the keyboard, the reason that made BB famous, sucks!!!! Worst part is now I can't return this total piece of junk.
