Great movie full of action and good plot can watch over

It was one of spike Lee's better adaptations good job

Not generally a Spike Lee fan, but this was very good.

This movie starts out slow, but it is interesting.

This was my favorite movie of 2018 and one of Spike lee's best. Based on a true story it has many layers to it. The film does an excellent job of recreating the time it happened. The cast is amazing. This 4K too is amazing. The picture and sound are extraordinary. This is also one of the very best 4K transfers I have heard and seen. If you liked this film (as I did) and you have 4K you will enjoy it immensely.

I won’t review the movie here, just the disc transfer. Overall the picture on the 4K transfer is great. The colors were good and vibrant. I saw this movie over Christmas on Blu Ray, and the 4K is a noticeable upgrade. Sound transfer is good too. Not stellar, but it definitely sounds similar to the theater. Overall if you like the movie go for the 4K upgrade. The picture was noticeably better. Sound was the same on both releases I saw, but was good regardless.

Based on an incredible true story, Spike Lee's latest is a film whose story is equally as relevant today as it was back when the real-life events occurred in the 1970s. Superbly acted, written and directed, this film will hopefully be a frontrunner for year end awards. The UHD delivers well enough on the PQ and AQ fronts, but comes up short in terms of extras. Given the material, the latter is a missed opportunity.

Great movie, looks and sounds awesome, but nothing in the way of bonus features. An EPK and a trailer. That's it. Disappointing. Maybe they'll be a special edition down the road.

The movie goes back to the 1970s and lets us see the virulent racism of that time right up to the present. But the movie also shows us the positive antiracism that was present then and hopefully is growing today, in spite of setbacks. This is a funny movie where both villains and heroes are very human. It's as much about human beings dealing with racism as it is about the politics of racism.

An absolutely great film that will entertain almost every viewer, it's actually a sort of 'buddy' cop film instead of the serious violent film some are expecting and it's the better for it. Without giving spoilers here, the ending packs a wallop but subtly in the way it connects the story to the present day. Don't miss this one, it'll certainly wind up as one of the best films of 2018.

I have only seen a couple of Spike Lee films, but this is easily my favorite. It has a sharp script with a story that captures your attention easily. If Spike Lee's style is not for you, you still might like it, given that it a more accessible film without losing Spike Lee's honest take on race in America. The final sequence to Terence Blanchard's score is some of the best filmmaking I have ever seen.

This film is a dramatic portrayal of the real man who went undercover with the KKK. It is a stark look at the reality of racism that has long been present in the United States and it forces you to confront the fact that racism is very much at play today. The performances are fantastic, and the message is clear.

Another fantastic Spike Lee film. Many of us who grew up in the '60's did not know this story. It's entertaining & funny while at the same time refusing to let us turn away from racism and black oppression. John David Washington gave a stellar performance. This film should be a part of any black history collection.

Blackkklansman is Spike Lee's best films in years. I actually would rate the film itself a 4 1/2 out of 5 stars. I give this Blu-ray a 4 star rating because even though it contains really sharp picture quality and good audio in the form of the Dolby Atmos soundtrack, it's very skimpy on the special features. Only a short featurette and extended trailer are included.

I give it 4 1/2 stars. If this movie wasn't based on something resembling the truth I would never believe that this could happen. I thought that John David Washington was sensational in his role and Adam Driver had a strong performance as well. This was a well thought out and executed movie. One more winner in my large collection of Blu Ray and 4K Blu Ray flicks.

This movie is based on a true story, one that I had never heard of, and is told exceptionally well by the amazing Spike Lee. John David Washington and Adam Driver are great, and the film deals with some real world issues that were present in the 70s yet reflect a lot of current societal issues.

So so movie. Not my fav spike movie but it’s worth watching and keeps the momentum good. Looks great on 4K.
