Later filled the water reservoir and then nothing. The motor never kicked on. We read the manual and everything was set but nothing. Returned it.

Wish earwax removal product

Loud motor whirring but no water spray. Filled up the reservoir to the top and tried again. Read the instructions to see if there was anhthing i missed and tried again. Nothing. Completely useless, and supposedly brand new. Do not buy, not worth the trouble.

The wand part that goes in your ears could be a little longer so it would avoid being up against the ear cup when using.
