Blink 3 camera system works fine. Helped us remotely check up on my mom throughout the day.

I have th4 2 outdoor cam + sync module 2 kit, as well as an add-on outdoor cam. For the first several months I loved this system. But I also did not realize that I was in a free trial of the cloud subscription. The second that went away (about 5 days ago), the system became utterly useless. 1. I now have to load, view, and delete each clip individually. When I typically get 100 clips a day, and know that I haven't had a break-in or robbery in the last day, this gets overly time-consuming. Especially because it previously took about ½ second to load a clip in the app, but now that the trial subscription is over, it takes about 4 seconds to even load a clip. Each and every clip. But much, much more important... 2. Every time I've opened the app over the past 2 days, it says my sync module is offline. So it has recorded nothing, and I cannot use the live view. So I tap on the sync module icon and it says it is online. I back out to the home screen and the connection message has magically disappeared. This essentially means I have to have the app open on my phone 24/7 in order for the system to check the sync module's internet connection and therefore record any motion clips, and the second I close the app to, I don't know, make a phone call, check email, send a text message, etc., the app stops checking whether the sync is online, assumes it therefore is not, and stops recording motion clips. The former makes the app almost unbearably inconvenient to use. Like to the point that I find the app a burden and truly dread opening it just to clear everything out to free up my local storage (it can fill in about 4 days). The latter, however, makes this a wholly useless system as its sole function is to recognize and record motion in front of the cameras, and without paying for a subscription it has quit recording anything - just months after purchase/install and within days of the trial subscription ending.
