I’ve had my cameras for almost two years and so far it’s been okay. I’ve had to disconnect them a couple of times due to internet connection. I’ve changed the batteries of a couple of them maybe once. So far the quality of the videos is okay the audio quality isn’t bad either. One of the updates I really like is the continuous video footage meaning once it’s done recording from one camera it shows me the recording of the next camera. The cameras are available to sustain high temperatures and really low temperatures as well. Also extremely rainy days.

I love the Blink outdoor cameras. I was fortunate enough to catch them on sale, which made it even better! They were very easy to set up and the images are wonderful.

Good camera for our backyard. Audio and video, plus a good nighttime pic, too. It gives you the option to talk through it as well. The Blink subscription is a good value, too. It holds recorded videos for a while and you can adjust the motion sensitivity. We use our camera to spot possums before taking the dog outside. Good battery life, too.

The camera has a good imaged once installed. There really is no easily available information on how to physically install. The app guides you through connecting the system to your network. Physically installing the camera proved problematic. I had problems with the camera's night vision feature. I was able to get a replacement. I am still working on getting my Echo Show to work. Both Blink and Echo are Amazon products so this is a case of the right and left hands not communication.

    Blink Outdoor Cameras

I have 7 active Blink cameras on one module. The cameras work pretty well. Too short of record time after motion is detected. Sometimes misses what triggered it. Also too short a range. My Ring doorbell has a better range and can be finely tuned. That's the drawback of having battery operated cameras where power saving is a virtue. Other times too sensitive to small animals within range. I don't see the point of shutting them off when I'm home as recommended to save battery. There could be mischief going on outside. Waiting to see how long the batteries last. They are supposed to last up to two years, but mine seem to trigger fairly often. If I make them less sensitive, they won't pick up much. Today I had to disable all of them because the wind was triggering them. The snooze feature on the cameras does not work. I had to install a wifi range extender so the cameras could receive a strong signal. I also had to centralize the Blink module, although one camera is one bar down on the module.

Pretty good cameras for the cost. Really easy to setup and use. App is really user friendly and I like that you don’t HAVE to pay subscription to still view cameras live. Not really many complaints except it would be nice if they made it easier to sign in to other cameras. Each time you do it you have to get a text code and blah blah.

Blink - Sync Module 2 included

This description does not specify that it comes with the Blink - Sync Module 2, so I bought a Blink - Sync Module 2 separately. We did not realize there was a Blink - Sync Module 2 in this package till my son came out several weeks later to install the units. Since Best Buys policy is a 2 week window for return, I am stuck with an extra Blink - Sync Module 2. This unit seems to be working well. Sometimes it's overly sensitive (catching furnace exhaust) and other times it doesn't show me walking my dog. But over all, for the price, it's a good system.

We have had these cameras for almost 3 years and I am amazed. The easier setup ever, the batteries are pretty solid, I have not had the need to still replace them, except for one that had a higher usage. I also got the doorbell and some interior cameras, with the annual subscription. I couldnt recommend them enough. I just really think this is the best option considering everything> tech offering, durability, price, and just the fact that the setup is done in 5min. I also use some interior cameras for my dogs, and you can speak through them.

I love these cameras! They're convenient because of the wireless nature, I can put them anywhere, move them anywhere, and easily. I have one screwed into a tree watching my driveway and didnt have to run unsightly wires anywhere. The batteries are inexpensive and last a long time. The issues start with Amazon and their subscription. You can use local storage in the form of USB but you cant record any of the live views without their stupidly priced and bloated subscriptions. The only feature worth it is the live view recording and it's behind a paywall. Other than that annoying flaw, with no workaround, the cameras are perfect! Highly recommend them to anyone with pets who they want to check in on remotely and to anyone with hard to reach spots that wires wouldn't work for but you still need a camera there!

I bought these about 2 years ago as my family and I were going on a trip that was going to take 5 weeks. That meant that I was going to leave the house without nobody watching over it. I bought this set of cameras as it was cheap considering price and what your get and also they looked easy to install(which they were). They have been pretty solid cameras and have held up heat and cold ever since I bought them. The reason I give this 4 stars is because we have a lot of stray animals around the neighborhood and they always turn on the cameras. I wish there was a way to control the amount of times the cameras turn on when an animal is playing in front of a camera. as it is pretty obvious when this tends to happer. Other than that really solid cameras

Been contemplating to buy the Blink outdoor cam for about a year now and finally got myself two! So far so good. It was very easy to install. Both two cams are working fine. Hopefully the batteries will last for 2 yrs.. rethinking if I should wire em. Overall, product is amazing and super satisfied with my purchase.

These are great cameras. Super easy to install and are wireless. I have wired cameras up and they seam to limit you and have problems with power sources. So this wireless set up with 2 year batteries are great. The picture quality is clear with a beautiful picture. These are just what I was looking for.

4 stars become 5 when you consider time/cost/ease of use. Obviously camera quality and settings can always be improved, but for ~$250 I have 3 entry doors, shed, truck, and an internal Mini that do the job, Almost a year, and batteries are strong. Had 1 glitch, got right thru tech line for fast excellent result. Blink System is a Winner!

Initially was for my parking stall but wifi only went so far. I have it in my front door window and it shows through window really good but does not pick up motion through glass like my old camera Night Owl did. I like for nighttime viewing i can turn off or lower IR so I can view live at night without a glare, shows clear with help of outdoor porch light. Setup was easy. I like that its small and sleek not too noticeable. I wish wifi range were longer.

The Blink Wireless cam works seamlessly and serves our purpose to keep an eye on our backyard while away from home. The mobile app is easy to use. The built-in mic and speaker are a surprising addition for this price. We own several Arlo cameras which are more expensive and do not provide sound or ability to talk thru. If you are needing an affordable solution, this is a good choice to investigatve.

Pro's - it's wireless, making it easy to set up. - The android application (possible apple one also but I'm an android dude) is easy to use - it's nice. - the cameras are nice and attractive. Con's - There's a (low cost) subscription - The motion detector takes a bit (1-2 seconds) to notice. So the videos start with the person on the screen already. - The the videos start recording and stop after 4-5 seconds. What caused me to purchase this was someone stole a catalytic converter. A neighbor recorded the sides of 2 cars drive by shortly before and after another neighbor heard the cutting tools. If it happens again, I'll get maybe 1 or 2 5 second clips. I don't know of that will be enough for a conviction.
