Have not fully explore how to save and view videos from the USB. Battery is good for 1yr even without much activity. Blink needs to work on the design, not easy to change the battery. The "clip" feature that holds the camera will become loose over time especially when you need to replace the battery quite often. Arlo's design of using magnet to hold the camera to the base is better. Blink camera is slow in response to view LIVE.

It captures live views and record Videos. It came with Sync Module2 storage that saves the clips which can later be saved in personal compatible USB drive.

The fact that it is wireless allows you to set it up practically anywhere. I bought it to keep an eye on contractors working in my house. The dark color makes it easier to set up out of sight.
