This purchase was actually for someone else but I also have the same one installed at my home. It was very easy to install and the picture is very clear.

A completely wireless camera solution has its drawbacks. To view your camera, a request has to be made to the camera, it activates, then buffers, then sends the image to your phone or tablet or Alexa. And there is a several second delay. Unless the WiFi signal is very strong and uninterrupted you will get the occasional disconnect, which can take some time to resolve itself. Overall I like the system and it works, especially for the price.

i love blink, but these gen 3 cameras night vision were awful. everything was mega blurry. ended up upgrading to gen 4... which was a VAST improvement. dont waste your $ on gen 3. get gen 4.

The cameras are great to us in doors but we had placed on on the outside above our garage so we could see who was pulling into our driveway and after a week it quit working…..also if you keep ur cameras on armed constantly the battery life doesn’t last long at all. But other than that great product.

Purchased these two additional cameras which came with a 30 day subscription plan unlike the first two ( because they didn’t REQUIRE one to use). You have to pay for recording video clips now or use a flash drive for video storage. The batteries will last about a year of they’re in a high traffic location, the night view sometimes will record in black and white instead of color. Make sure you have the highest internet speed.

These cameras are easy to set up after you download the app. You can keep up with your pics on the app. After the free cloud subscription period, you will need to subscribe to a plan or back up your pics on a flash drive.
