I love my new cameras. Alexa announces if there is motion. It also alerts my phone when im away. I purchased 3 more for my office.

Real easy to install fairly easy setup clear videos could work better at night

Easy to set up and excellent quality, add service plan for just 10dlls monthly..

This worked out as well as could have hoped. Needed this to monitor tenants in an apartment building 1 hour from home. Geek Squad installer was skeptical that the WiFI network would allow our desired camera placement, but all but 1 camera worked in the initial projected location. Installation was relatively simple and quick after that. Software allows for some configuration flexibility. Overall, it was a reasonably priced solution providing value and much needed piece of mind. Save on drives back and forth just to check in. Helps tenant behavior now that they know we have visibility to who comes and goes on the property. Looking to put one in another building also far from home.

Amaizing security camera and the batteries last for ever

These cameras work really well. They are motion activated and the picture quality is great day or night. It also has a speaker that you can communicate through in real time. My only complaint with this product is that it is not waterproof. My cameras are 1 1/2 years old and rain got into one of them and it is now cloudy. I contacted Blink and they said the camera has a one year warranty and does not cover water damage. I give it 2 stars for quality. We have not had much rain so the fact the the camera is distorted after a little rain is very disappointing.

Good camera so far. Setup was a bit more difficult than expected, but nothing I couldn't handle. I put this above my garage, and it has worked very well. Word of advice....buy this from Best Buy and not Lowe's. Lowe's gave me the run around about buying this. Best Buy was very helpful.

I rate this a 4/5 really only cause of two things, one it does not rotate with in the unite once pointed in a direction it is set. Two there is not saving the video in the APP, it has amazing storage abilities in keeping videos for a long time but I think there can be more done with that. Other then that I think a solid easy entry camera system and a great price point too.

After having the wire to one of my cameras cut by a window Installer. I decided i needed a wireless camera system. So i purchased 5 outdoor blink cameras and 2 doorbell cameras. And although i had no intentions of setting up a subscription. I bought an external hard drive to save the clips to. Well once your 30 days of use is up. Your cameras are useless cause it will no longer record. Unless you allow blink access to your camera's. Your cameras are useless.

Pros: 1) excellent image quality (when conditions are ideal) 2) ultra fast setup. Everything up and running within 10 minutes totally on WiFi 3) App is very easy to work with and well laid out. 4) Blink module works excellent and synced all the cameras instantly. Even the camera mounted on a tree stake way way outside. 5) Excellent price point and value especially when on sale. 6) Convenance of quickly swapping batteries instead of waiting all day to charge. 7) Excellent microphone, can hear my neighbor across the street from the app. Cons: 1) The active zones that trigger recordings do not work. In beta mode per the app which is hard to understand how a camera company backed by Amazon no less would have such a key feature as zone recordings in 2021? 2014 called and wants its zones back. 2) Buggy recordings and tons of false alarms. Such as recording a waving flag but missing someone walking or a car. 3) Mounts are not properly designed to work under eaves. The arm that connects the camera to the base is non existent, preventing you to tilt the camera up significantly. Had to purchase Wasserstein mount. 4) Annoying feature in the app that would automatically start recording when you chose live play. So many needless and redundant video clips of nothing. 5) Camera image quality at night was blurry and dull. For a security camera this is a no brained. important benefit that Blink missed. I feel they were too focused on price point and cut some corners on the system, especially the ir sensors 6) If weather is foggy the camera is missing in action. Lens totally condensed in water. The design is prone to this as the lens sits very close to the surface. Maybe recessing the lens into the housing would prevent this?
