Great quality video, but…

I was trying to catch people letting their dogs poop on my lawn. Whenever I would review the video, I’d get alerts, but when I look at the video, I’d catch the back end of the person’s leg or body, as if it caught it after the fact. I even found poop on the lawn EVEN THOUGH I had the camera pointing right at the spot out in the open! Still, I was willing to give it another chance. I’d see cars go by, folks walking, squirrels on occasion, but not the culprit. Such a shame, because the set up was easy. Unfortunately, I’ll have to return it. I’d like the events to be captured in it’s entirety, 60 seconds is not long enough to truly get a grasp of what’s going on. If all you need is mere observation and don’t care about the video length, it’s great, but if you’re really trying to catch specific things, it’s not gonna happen.

These are NOTIFICATION cams not Monitoring cams

The are notification cams not monitoring cams. Hence the reason they are called BLINK. You get notified when something is happening. If you want to consistently watch to see whats happening on cam religiously, then these are not for you. You only get to view a short recording wait 10 secs to start recording again. Just a Blink!

I can open the app up a see what is going on in like under a minute. It also works at night very well but it is a little difficult to get great focus. I really like these little cameras they are a great investment if you have something that requires you to keep a discreet eye on. I highly recommend them

Amazing Cameras

The are great quality and very easy to install.They pick up movement very good and it's clear. The nite time vision could be better but it's not bad either.i would recommend theses cameras over the ring. The cost is affordable and not to bad for the quality of product you will be getting.
