blink works customer service is very poor

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.cameras all seem like they work well. easy setup and install. customer service is useless. i value customer support and they dont seem like they want to hear about any problems. numerous emails about a defective module and they wanted me to prove it was bad by sending them a video of it acting up? when something is sporadically not working how can you document that? they could have offered to switch out the defective item but would not. i guess the customer isnt right unless they can prove it.

You can turn them off to save battery. The battery lasts forever. You have the option to leave them on all the time or only when movement is detected.

They are super clear and you can really depend on them. The motion sensors work really well even at night. Perfect amount of cameras for a small to medium sized home. And even though they say outdoor use, you cash use them inside as well.

Couldn't live without them!

We mount them outside and in their "condos" so we can attempt to catch them when they are in labor. It never works. They know... That said, we love these cameras and plan to purchase more of them to cover the whole farm. My only complaint is that they are easily dismounted from their arms by the goats and they fog up terribly in the night. Other than that, love them!
