I have experience no problems installing and setting up. Does not hurt to have the insurance plan that is offered.

Couldn't live without them!

We mount them outside and in their "condos" so we can attempt to catch them when they are in labor. It never works. They know... That said, we love these cameras and plan to purchase more of them to cover the whole farm. My only complaint is that they are easily dismounted from their arms by the goats and they fog up terribly in the night. Other than that, love them!

Great Security Camera for the Price

The only drawbacks would be that it is only as good as the batteries and Wi-Fi. Be sure to change the batteries ever 2 years especially if the home is seasonal. If you don’t have a good strong Wi-Fi connection, this would not be the product for you. I have had my initial set up for 2 years now and it has been very reliable except for a couple of Wi-Fi outages. I just added a set to my other home and am very happy with both.
