Blink cameras are the best. Have had some for about 5 years. Got 2 on the far East side of house outside and it connects with no problem. Long lasting battery. I now own 4 of these outdoor Cameras.

Easy to set up and mount. Being able to record locally for free rather than paying for cloud recording is the real selling point for these. The activation sensitivity to trigger the camera can result in a slight delay due to the camera's battery optimization. If pointed at a busy street/sidewalk, expect warnings from the system for high video usage because this will result in reduced battery life. The camera is highly configurable to optimize for different needs. I do wish I'd thought to get the larger set and pointed the indoor camera out a window

[Employee of bestbuy] I love the Blink system as i can have my whole home covered and not break the bank. I love not having to recgarge the battery once a month or more. I just grab two AA’s and its ready to go. The battery life on these is amazing.

Its flexible to setup. Notifications are good. Continuous recording is not there. Only capturing when someone comes in to the view

They are very clear & the only down falls is they want u to pay 100 bucks a yr for service but u can use a hard drive not sure how that will work but I did buy one to try.. I have to take the hard drive out every few days to reset it being I have pups

This camera works great. I was out of state and viewed my place and I felt like i was there. Clear picture. I like the fact I can talk to anyone that might be here. I use mine indoors and need to purchase another one. I feel more secure.

These cams are very clear visually but the downside is the lag between motion and video whether it’s saved or live view.

Got this set for a great deal before Christmas, couldn’t pass it up and glad I didn’t seeing the price went up $80. Nice little cameras with good picture and sound quality. Bought the indoor mini cameras as well. I would recommend this system, but probably won’t be paying the $10/m for unlimited cloud access once the free trial ends.

Nice camera system. Batteries have lasted closer to 6 months, but that’s still impressive. Viewing from local storage is slow, but cloud is fast. They now charge monthly to use cloud storage for this model, where previous models like xt2 are free, but I guess someone has to pay the data center. Main reason for the 4 stars is just that they advertise 2 years for the batteries and almost everyone I know that has these changes them every 4 to 8 months depending on traffic. Still very good especially since some of mine are recording 15 plus times a day, but I feel they should set expectations a little better.
