Main reason for returning this: Caused really bad interference with my home wifi causing other devices to not be able to connect. As soon as I unplugged this, my wifi was back to normal. The other reason: I bought $65 blink cameras that requires either a $10 monthly subscription or buying this $35 module that requires at least another 15 dollars worth of USB storage. Without these, the blink camera would just allow you to live view and get motion alerts. If you use the sync module, the video review is expectedly slower that cloud based, so just imagine having 20+ recordings you need to check and each recording taking 2-5 seconds to load. While its good that they gave a local storage option, they should have just added an sd card slot on the camera instead of this module.

All you do is plug it in sync your cameras to it and follow the prompts. You have to buy a usb to view your pictures. You don't have to use it in the module 2 you can use it on your computer if you are going to view your camera on it. I like the fact I don't have to pay for the blink subscription. Now I will tell you this, you will not be able to see anyone or anything until you click on the clip. You can look at live views just to warn you if you use this alot you will drain your battery so keep this in mine.

When we moved into this house about a year ago, I was shocked to see how many BLINK cameras were outside!. Then again the people here before us had big mobile home trailer for camping in the driveway. They left all the cameras!! So they deleted their info, and in order to use them I needed the blink sync Module!! WAS easy to set up and now I can see ANYTHING that moves in my yard!!! Great unit

I purchased the Sync Module with the tilt security camera for my mother's room at John Knox to monitor theft that had been occurring. Both were easy to install and PERFECT for the job! The only area for improvement would be restoring a deleted occurrence.

You can get excellent camera videos for the Blink. I love it! I subscribed to the yearly package to save and organize videos. I can add at least 5 and maybe more cameras that make me feel secure and it isn’t that expensive. Follow the installation directions and they will be up and running in 30 mins or less. Great buy for great security!

Easy to set up, records events without a subscription. You miss out on "Smart Detection" features of a premium plan, but its not that big of a loss.

100 percent would recommend Blink Camara. Super easy set up & works great! Best Buy has great customer service. When my husband and I came in we didn’t know where to start when it came to purchasing a Camara system but a sales rep helped us in minutes. Overall a wonderful experience.

Works excellent and syncs easily to 5 Outdoor Gen 3 Outdoor blink camera. It also covers a much larger area than I’d expected. Even the cameras on my detached garage (About 150 yards from the module and through multiple walls) connect well.

Super simple to attach to house. App loaded to phone in minutes and it was on and working. I am amazed at the zone of coverage for this small camera. I did not buy the upgraded monthly plan, but still does what I need it to do.

I use this sync module with my blink floodlight camera. it works flawlessly with a USB drive. I would buy it again!

Staff was very helpful in helping me locate the item. It was very easy to install and has eliminated the need for me to pay a monthly subscription.

Got this with two Blink cameras. Haven’t had any issues in two years. I put a SD card in and just have all the footage go to local storage and works great.

This blink module is meant to do just that. Store your recordings onto a USB drive. I haven't had any issues as of yet. The only downside is, You CANNOT view them on the app, you will have to STILL get a monthly subscription which sucks.

I bought this to replace an old one which stopped working. I thought it would not work but it was working great when I installed and connected it to our old Blink cameras at home.
