The only thing that I would add that is keeping me from giving this item a 5 star review is to have the option to view on a PC.

Someone gave me a their old cameras and from googling I heard you just needed a new module to sync previously used cameras to. I got the new module to set up my own account and connect the cameras. However, it still wouldn’t connect and said the old cameras had to be removed from an old account. Ended up returning since I couldn’t use it. So not necessary dissatisfied with the product itself, it may have worked with new cameras (but had me wondering what the use of the item alone is if it has to be with a whole matching set to work) - but mostly unsatisfied with the service it’s connected to since that system is what made it unable to be used.

When I turn the camera to portrait so I can see more of a long narrow hallway or stairs, you cannot adjust the screen . You just have to look at your video sideways until you use a program to rotate the video after you download it.
