When I turn the camera to portrait so I can see more of a long narrow hallway or stairs, you cannot adjust the screen . You just have to look at your video sideways until you use a program to rotate the video after you download it.

Thank you for your feedback on the Blink Sync Module 2. I'm sorry to hear it stopped working after three months and that you've had difficulty getting the issue resolved.
The Sync Module 2 comes with a one-year limited warranty, so your device should still be covered. Here are a few troubleshooting steps that may restore functionality: disconnect the Sync Module from power for 10 seconds, then plug it back in—a solid blue and solid green LED confirms it has reconnected successfully. If that doesn't work, try restarting your router, waiting one minute, then powering the Sync Module back on. Also verify your Wi-Fi password hasn't changed and that the module is within good range of your router. As a last resort, a factory reset of the Sync Module can clear persistent issues.
