    After about 5 months it just stopped working, I could connect to it and see previous videos, but nothing new would store. After hours of support doing everything possible they basically told me it was my internet connection causing the issue. even though I could access old video fine through my internet and the doorbell live streamed fine. I could not get it to work again and have abandoned it.

    Haven't figured out if it is working as of yet, since everything goes to the cloud first (as far as I know). Wish instructions came with these things these days.
