Bought this to extend coverage of my existing blink cameras.

Generally good product but slow connecting to camera.

The Plano location needs racial equality training, went there to return model because it was defective got to the counter and a young white lady told me yesterday was the last day to return it! I’m like well shouldn’t you look at my receipt first? She then went and grabbed another gentleman from a register and he look at the receipt and did his best to resolve the issue my complaint with him is when he called the manager to explain he decided to omit the fact that the last day was yesterday! Which was concerning to me because a educated decision should me made with all facts and not just what you feel you want to provide. Now the manager Natalie, came resolved the issue in less than 3 seconds congrats to her . But where she failed was I asked for both of the previous people name and she lied and said she couldn’t provide that even though she understood I wanted it to file a corporate complaint. Which shows that she wanted to protect them from me speaking out against the actions they took. Sad part is I watched the same lady I spoke with accept returns from 3 people who out of their mouth stated they purchased their items 2 and 3 months ago but didn’t get the spill I got. I was not looking for anything free because I had already ordered another module and was there to pick up from the store since I would not have to wait until Thursday for it to be shipped to my home. In closing with the racial climate we are living in today, it seems that a business would have all they employees to treat all cusp and patriots of the same the same . Would hope this be addressed and I get a call to have my issues addressed

My sister has the blink she like it. So I go it . Price was right. The gentleman that helped me was awesome he really went out of his way to help me. 5 stars for him. The problem I had was trying to get it to work with the QR CODE . No luck kept coming up something else. Not a camera. Very sad. Took it back.

Not easy to connect to your system. Does not work exactly as advertised, very slow.

Bought this one as a replacement for one thats less than a year old. The other one keeps resetting itself and is always offline. Hopefully we have better luck with this one

It really was a waste of money I was told that I could either get this or pay for a subscription but this was suppose to be the best way to use my cameras but it’s not you have to get two of you have two cameras and then sync them when all you have to do is get a subscription and be done with it

Doesn’t work most of the time. But when it does, it is great. Blink is my goto security camera.

Its not bad. At times a bit slow, but works if you need something quickly.

If I could 1/2 a star I would. Very disappointed. I have a blink mini connected to the Sync Module 2. I bought the sync so I could record the videos on an SD card. First issue is that I'm gone for 2 weeks and in the middle of the 2nd week the entire camera system goes off line. I able to check my network and network is verified working so I call customer service for blink and they suggest to reset my camera. Can't do that when you are not home so now my system is offline until I get back home. Not very good as a "security system". Next issues is now that I had reset my system to get it back online, none of motion detection videos are recording to the SD. I will find a different company that is more reliable.

I had to return this. I purchased it with the understanding/assurance that it would work with a laptop(win10) computer. This device will not work with a laptop computer.

Affordable purchase! Easy to use & great addition to any blink camera!

Comes with a monthly plan or you will have to buy a usb flash drive to save your clips
