Someone gave me a their old cameras and from googling I heard you just needed a new module to sync previously used cameras to. I got the new module to set up my own account and connect the cameras. However, it still wouldn’t connect and said the old cameras had to be removed from an old account. Ended up returning since I couldn’t use it. So not necessary dissatisfied with the product itself, it may have worked with new cameras (but had me wondering what the use of the item alone is if it has to be with a whole matching set to work) - but mostly unsatisfied with the service it’s connected to since that system is what made it unable to be used.

I do not have cloud plan because don't really need it for $100+ annually for a few vid clips from storage rooms. Clips still going to cloud even though I have everything set to local storage, but can't access. Tech support is pretty much non-existent, just keep sending me emails directing me to FAQs, none of which help in any way. Cameras work well, but useless without being able to view. Waste of time and money.
