The manager on duty at the time should be fired, because he was unable to move from behind his little desk and acted as if he was to good to o help anyone.

I am sorry to hear your Blink Sync Module stopped working. There are few things to try:
the first step is to try power cycling it by unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. If that doesn't work, you can try resetting the Sync Module by pressing and holding the reset button until the LED flashes red, then releasing it and waiting for it to blink blue and green. If the problem persists, you may need to delete the Sync Module from the Blink app and re-add it. If these steps do not help and you are still experiencing issues, you can reach out to Amazon Customer Support 24/7 at 1-888-280-4331. Have a nice day!
