We toddler twins and 4 teenagers, and tjese have been great to jave a second pair of eyes on everything. Plus we have people trying to open our back door at night so we bought another one for the outsude (older model)and it was real easy to connect to our already existing system.

With out the plan you can view in app. But if motion sets it off. You can’t see what happened until you get home and take the usb out of your sync module and install in computer. I’ll get the plan when it goes on sale with two cameras.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the device and have some suggestions to try and help. To view your local storage clips within the app, select "Clips" at the bottom of the Blink app, then select "Local Storage" on the left-hand side. Each local storage drive is labeled by the system to which it is attached. Once clips are saved to local storage, they are viewable in the Blink app by selecting it from the Storage Switcher menu. The Storage Switcher lists all storage options in your entire Blink home. I hope this information is helpful.
