Sometimes the indoor cameras go offline when there are power outages or resets and you have to delete them and re-add them to your system but it is not hard. Have had them for years and still going strong!

They sold me the product and 70 miles later I discovered and empty box! Tried to call and the customer service stated I could not talk to anyone at the store. Drove 70 miles so I could find out if they had a replacement. Luckily they did and the people in the store were great. I am SO disappointed with the customer service available on the phone.
