Posted .Hi MichaelM, thank you for providing feedback for Blink Mini. I am sorry that the device is not connecting to the router. If you haven't already, please try these troubleshooting steps.
Reboot your Internet router by unplugging it from the power source for about 30 seconds.
If your Mini camera is in a system with a Sync Module, reboot the Sync Module: unplug and plug-in the power cable.
Connect only to the 2.4 GHz band.
Ensure both the Blink app and the device it's installed on have the latest updates.
Uninstall the Blink app, powering off the device it's installed on briefly before reinstalling.

They could have at least given me a code for best. Buy credit to my email I won't. Be buying from Best buy ever again

I have also disabled the light on the camera so it doesn't catch attention, the light is on. I believe it goes off once recording starts. When finances allow, changing to a different system.
