The sofrware is easy to use and the camera has great video quality. Great for my townhouse as its an open concept so I can see the entire space.

It was almost a 3 star. I'm disappointed in jumpy rotation and the pixelation after very little zoom even in a small room. Probably go with the 2k next time without the pan-tilt.

With Voice chat and the ability to move the camera remotely is great. You still get those features if you do not sign up for the subscription. But at 2.99/month, you can save all the motion detection while you are away.
