I have bern back and forth with blink customer service via e mail trying to resolve the issue They have a script of what to do and they do not deviate from that. Then several emails later have you repeat the same process again and again. This has been going on for one month and I can not get an answer or solution. There has probably been 20-25 e mails back and forth and they can't or refuse to fix the problem. The video quality is great Wish I would have bought the bring system
