We decided to purchase a new system for our home. This time around random cameras will stop working or will not be connected to the Internet/WiFi. Or we'll get a message saying that the live feed can't be accessed. We called blink and granted them permission to access and troubleshoot . This has helped but our confidence in being able to receive notifications and access live feeds when needed is not very high. Next time we will definitely do research and explore other options . Bottom line if you can get the system to continuously work like it's supposed to then I would say excellent product!

I’ve owned other brands! They all have similar issues. There app is horrible and sometimes camera doesn’t record when someone walks past. You want reliability and you have a lot of prizes possessions, get ADT! Other than that, it’s better than nothing!

We talked to Josh and he walked us through all the possibilities to satisfy our needs. We further discussed the blink system and how it works. We were worried about installing it ourselves, but Josh reminded us that we have the Geek package. So, the Geek Squad would come out to our house and install - no charge. We were sold and are happy with the installation.

Clear pictures but a little slow to activate. It a a good camera set up for the price as long as the batteries last as long as they say.
