Great value for the Money

I spent about 30 minutes reviewing instructions and deciding where to place the cameras. I am impressed with the picture quality even in dim light. The talk feature is really nice too. I'm thinking of adding a fourth camera for my pool area.

Great system but needs a little extra

Four stars because the mounting bracket isn't really good and limits how much you can angle the camera. Also blink doesn't offer a doorbell to complete your security system

Only flaws is that I have to constantly need to restart the sync module as it continues to disconnect from wifi 2-3 times a week. if you attempt to talk someone from the camera, they cant hear you per speaker not being loud enough.

Not worth it for home surveillance

So basically it will only capture a glimpse of the event which means it might not show you what caused the motion if someone was to walk by and trigger the motion. Another down fall is that they charge for a subscription in order for the app to give you the feeds from the camera.

Great security cameras

No they don’t offer 24/7 recording and the battery life isn’t always what you are quoted from the manufacturer… But what you do get is a great value for the price, the option to store locally (no fee), and a decent overall design. IMO the features are good enough for the average user and Blink now offers even better solutions than they used to (like the solar charger and flood lights).
