Night Vision image quality could be improved

I tried using all three IR Intensity settings, which did not help the image quality. Be aware that loss of internet access also makes the live view features of the cameras inoperable.

I haven’t been disappointed with Blink. They work well with Alexa as well as on my iPhone.

I was told that this camera would be able to do that. After installation it has been determined that the camera doesn't provide the clarity to do that. I'm requesting that Best Buy provide a better quality replacement camera.

When you decide where you are placing the cameras the installation of them is very easy. You do have to watch for shadows and light glares. When you are monitoring them they are very easily pulled up. You can run the films back if you missed something. I love mine. The system has already helped me by recording a trespassing neighbor. I have proof!! No questions so no problems
