The app is among the best for camera systems. The ability to locally store video on a flash drive connected to the hub, is great for those not wanting to use cloud storage. Will purchase more in the future.

Horrible lag time for recordings

I have these cameras positioned on a covered front porch, near front door. The view from the cameras show the front door area, as well as a 30' sidewalk that leads up to front door. Tested numerous times, these don't start recording until after a person has come up the sidewalk, used key to open front door, and open front door. The only recordings I get are that of a front door closing shut. Horrible lag in all recordings . I can live view fine....but zero recordings of any person coming up sidewalk or thru front yard or even standing at front door! I have tried repositioning and adjusting all settings.

Please fix the wifi issue

Otherwise, given the really nice features including the option for data management without the need for subscription, this is potentially a nice competitor at the mid-tier level.

Blink Customer service was helpful.
