Blink Customer service was helpful.

Blink is the perfect security for your home. The app works great. Blink makes the perfect gift for a lives one. The resolution is awesome has perfect clarity on video easy to install and its super easy to set up.

Only issue is trying to set sensitivity to not go off for things like a spider crawling across its path or bird going by. Still learning but so far pretty satisfied

Glad I purchased this system.

Finally called tech support and after several hard system resets it worked, and setting up the cameras was quick and easy. So far I love it! Great photo quality day or night. Plus I get instant alerts when any movement is detected with all 5 cameras. I was pleasantly surprised.

Got as gift, bought 2 more cameras.

So far I like the ease to set up. Response on website seems sluggish, may be internet provider. Setting sensitivity is a work in progress.

The sound is definitely clearer than the previous version. You would expect that with an upgrade Blink would have gotten rid of the time delay, by the time the camera turns on people are already at your door.
