So I guess they're pointless for me to have. I was told I didn't need a subscription when I bought it. I also have a complaint about my appliances I bought in February 2021. In June I was to get up gift card or certificate I never got it and all the time I call to require about it I get disconnected when transferred. Thanks for your time. Rob

The video is very clear, you can zoom in and out, you can hear the sound very clear and when you talk to people through the camera the people on the other end can hear me very clear. Bought the system for my mom too.

Delivered quickly even with the holiday rush. Everything needed for a easy installation is included. Just waiting for some warm weather to install so unfortunately its still in the box
