Not waterproof

Customer Service replied: Water damage is considered physical damage and is not normally covered under the warranty. However, as a one-time courtesy, we will be organizing a replacement for the camera. Moving forward, you may also want to make sure that the camera is sealed tightly and properly and might want to consider putting them in a secured place since the cameras are not waterproof but weatherproof.

Great to Watch My Dogs
