By the time these start recording, whatever tripped them is already out of view. And by the time you can view the video, whatever or whoever tripped it will be long gone. Nothing like seeing everything after the fact! And if you don't buy their subscription plan, THEY ARE EVEN WORSE! I can't understand why it says local storage takes longer to load; the flash drive is mounted to the Sync Module! How can that not be faster than having to go to 'the cloud' to obtain the video?! They work with Alexa, which is great if you have the Echo Shows, which is what I wanted, but it doesn't matter if what you wanted to see IS ALREADY GONE! I'll go with Lorex or something different next time!
