Blink support charged me $100 before they would help do anything. They also only save 2 hours of footage unless you pay 10 per month or 3 dollars per camera. The support also is only good for 1 month They said I have to return the cameras to Best Buy and get a new one ? I am going to tell Best Buy to keep it I spent 4 hours on the phone and still doesn’t work

Great basic system

I liked the fact that you can customize where the sensors pick up motion. You can also easily add more cameras to the system and they were easy to install around the house as well. I got an SD card for the base unit and it holds a ton of video clips CONs: The speaker to talk to the people in front of the camera isn’t that loud, but you can easily pick up sounds and conversations.

I had mine set and armed while my entire patio was built, 6 or 7 workers walking back and forth with equipment in front of 2 of the cameras and not one notification from the system. But if a cloud passes the sun and causes a shadow i get notified!! Its probably better for letting you know when your kids are sneaking around the house at night or to check on your pets when your not home. The service fee isnt to bad, 100 a year or 10 a month for recording and storage for all cameras. But the cameras have awesome picture quality and there is a 2way speaker. So you can hear and speak to who ever is near.

Better to Get usb cables for high traffic areas because the battery will not last. The program is easy to use but could be better. I love that you have the option to turn the led lights off the cameras also

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
