Disappointed it says no subscription found out u get 30 day free and after that u have pay will call the company and complain

The only issue I have with this product is the wireless capability. All the cameras what like described except the one on the far corner of my house. Even with a WiFi extender the unit is very intermittent.

Best investment I ever made. I feel more relieved having these at my residence. The only issue I have is the clarity to be better when zooming in.

Overall great residential product. Purchased and installed with success. One of the cameras malfunctioned on day 5, Blink quickly sent us a replacement. Recommend for simple hike monitoring and security.

The cameras do their job, but they aren't of the best quality in terms of connection. Sometimes it connects other times I'll have to close the app and retry to connect 4-5 times and I've already made sure it's not my internet. Would not recommend as your only security system, definitely have a back up. Also it really only works on detecting side to side movement vs. back and forth.

They have a long range. I wish they worked better when it's really cold out. It got down to -4 and they still worked they were sluggish at loading live feed though. They seem to have a delay at those temps...We will see how they work during the storm we are expecting tonight.

The cameras have worked well. The audio does not work as well as I'd hoped. It would have been more helpful to have a little more guidance/instruction on mounting.

Very nice if your on a budget and looking for the bare minimum you can only watch one camera at a time you also have alot of lag but over all great deal

Blink another Amazon company if you blink they will rip you off just like Amazon crooks Pirates but when it comes to defective refunds or your concern for a quality product look elsewhere

There were not many people working in the area where I needed help. There was a guy monopolizing the salespersons time, showing him photo's on his phone of his pole barn. When I did get help the salesperson was great.

No audible alarm available with camera. Does not notify you when an event is captured on video.

These cameras work great, the only issue i had was with the snap mounts. You had to have the mount and camera just right for them to go together.

4 out of 5 camersa work great one doesn't work as should, and been trying for 2 weeks to get the right person at Geek Squad/Best Buy to set up appt. to look at. Very hard to talk to someone now.

This system only work for “LOW LEVEL TRAFFIC” or you’ll be replacing batteries every month. Also, the camera to router strength is very weak. They HAVE to be within 60 ft. depending on building type. Furthermore, kit does NOT come with needed hardware to mount onto brick, etc. so check into that too. In THEORY & on PAPER it’s a good system. For us, we had to return. And BEWARE, INSTALL HAS TOBE WITHIN 15 DAYS of receiving.

I use the indoor outdoor cameras mostly because they are wireless and easier to place. I got a warning of battery usage when the garage camera had too many notifications. I think the battery claim to last 2 years is when there isn't much activity. It's a matter of disarming the system when you are home.

We purchased these to add to our doorbells. However, the sensor range is very short. We wanted to cover our driveway and it only covers, maybe, 10’ from the house. The doorbell notices movement before the camera. We’ve tried maxing out the range, but still the same. Not sure why Blink/Amazon makes these. We were excited about these only to have disappointment. The reason we gave a 3 Stsr id due to the video and picture resolutions. That’s it.

Heard good things about this wireless set so i purchased it recently to see if it lived up to the hype. Love the fact that it syncs with the echo dot.
